Dynamic Earth Solutions (DES) specializes in site planning, spatial information and digital terrain modeling, surface and subsurface investigations, rock mechanics, underground structures, geotechnical laboratory services, flood forecasting and water resource management through our geotechnical, hydrotechnical, and civil site development expertise. SEM-Hatch is a joint venture between Hatch Ltd. and Sikumiut Environmental Management Ltd. providing engineering, construction and project management services in the province of Newfoundland & Labrador. SEM-Hatch is performing Engineering and Project Management Services for the Voisey’s Bay Mine Expansion project. This mine expansion project is expected to produce about 40,000 tonnes of nickel per year and extend the life of the Voisey’s Bay operation until at least 2032. We are interested in receiving resumes for Underground Material Handling Coordinator at the Voisey’s Bay Mine Expansion site on a 2 week in 2 week out rotation, with 12 hour long shifts. The site is accessed via air from designated pick-up points in Newfoundland and Labrador. Key Responsibilities VBME Site Point of Contact for all materials required to support Construction Contracts.
