Let's talk. 715-720-XXXX | XXXX@dovehealthcare.com As the environmental services director, you will: oversee housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance services and employees implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program ensure facility adheres to state and federal regulations Required Qualifications: valid driver's license and clean driving record thorough knowledge of boilers, compressors and generators, as well as the various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems ability to read and interpret blue prints, have comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and federal codes and ordinances and safety regulations ability to plan and carry out programs in repair or construction, and have knowledge of record keeping and cost estimating Preferred Skills: previous experience in long-term care technical degree in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related field Health and Wellness Benefits health insurance company paid life and AD&D insurance dental and vision Insurance telehealth / virtual healthcare options supplemental benefits, including short-term disability, life insurance, critical illness, accident coverage, hospital indemnity, cancer paid time off (PTO) employee assistance program (EAP) Financial Benefits 401k plan, with company match employee referral bonus All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or Veteran status.
