The candidate will engage in direct interaction with senior partners and clients, working on multiple matters simultaneously in a team-based environment. Duties:Interact directly with senior partners and clients.Work on multiple matters simultaneously in a team-based setting.Provide counsel on regulatory compliance matters under federal environmental laws and state equivalents.Advise clients on government enforcement proceedings.Assist clients with environmental aspects of corporate transactions.Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Requirements:JD from an ABA-approved law school.Active member of the Bar in good standing.2-5 years of relevant experience.Experience or demonstrated interest in regulatory compliance matters.Strong research and writing skills.Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.Prior law firm or government experience preferred. Education and Certifications:JD from an ABA-approved law school.Active Bar membership in the jurisdiction. Skills:Excellent research and writing skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficiency in legal analysis and problem-solving.
