The candidate will counsel on matters including remediation and redevelopment of contaminated properties, transaction-triggered environmental laws, the allocation and management of environmental risk in contracts, the role of environmental insurance policies as a risk management tool in transactions, project financing, environmental land use issues and environmental regulatory compliance. Must be licensed or attain license to practice law in the State of Ohio. This firm's Cleveland office represents a variety of clients from multinational corporations, sole proprietors, service providers, technology companies, distributors, and retailers. It focuses on many business-related matters including mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property protection, licensing, contracting, international business transactions, and debt and equity financing and franchising.
