The candidate will counsel on matters including remediation and redevelopment of contaminated properties, transaction-triggered environmental laws, the allocation and management of environmental risk in contracts, the role of environmental insurance policies as a risk management tool in transactions, project financing, environmental land use issues and environmental regulatory compliance. Must be licensed or attain license to practice law in the State of Ohio. This full service law firm has offices in Canton, Akron and Cleveland.
