Loan Processor Type of Person we are looking for: Looking for recent college graduates Finance or Econ majors Former athletes Love for math Main Points Excellent customer service skills 60k annually with room to grow Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task Strong oral and written communication skills MUST HAVE BACHELORS DEGREE At least 2 years of experience processing loans, preferred Job Description Set up and manage loan files, manually and on the computer, and order all exhibits Check the accuracy and completeness of each loan file processed prior to passing to the closing department Follow up on submitted loans and/or pended loans Coordinate closing paperwork and tasks, as required Knowledgeable in all loan programs and guidelines as well as company approved Broker options Powered by JazzHR
