Entry Level Press Operator (1st Shift) Starting at $16 per hour + Attendance Bonus MMI Engineered Solutions is looking for positive individuals to work days (6:00am - 2:30pm). No experience is necessary for this entry-level position! On-the-job training and growth opportunities are available for energetic, career-minded individuals.MMI Engineered Solutions is a growing enterprise in Saline, Michigan, providing world-class engineering solutions for advanced composites and engineered resins. We offer: Competitive wages starting at $16/hour $800 Sign-on bonus for employees in good standing $300 after 45 days $500 after 90 days Employee Referral Bonuses ($200 per referral) Perfect Attendance Bonuses ($20/week for first shift) Additional $25 per month if perfect attendance for the entire month A rich Benefits Package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Long and Short-Term Disability (Company Paid), a robust Wellness Program, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) Retirement Plan with matching. A history of excellent attendance. A good attitude Good interpersonal/communication skills. Ability to follow safety procedures. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
