POSITION Life Alert Emergency Response is currently seeking Entry Level Call Center Representatives for our 24 Hour Call Center in Encino, California. This is an entry level position where you will be fully-trained. COMPENSATION $20 - $23 / Hour (depending on work history and experience) AVAILABLE SHIFTS (working weekends and holidays are required) Day Shift (7:00am - 3:30pm) Swing Shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm) Overnight / Graveyard Shift (11:00pm - 7:30am) QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent; Strong verbal and written communication skills Punctuality, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multi-task Work well under pressure and stressful situations; exhibit emotional control Ability to display a strong sense of urgency BENEFITS Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Vacation, Personal, Sick and Holiday pay Secure Class A office building Job Type: Full-time Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift: 8 hour shift Evening shift Night shift Weekly day range: Weekend availability Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: One location
