You should love working as part of a great team and love working with people from the business as well as technology.SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL DEMONSTRATE: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Leadership skills, be highly motivated and be multitask oriented Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Professional demeanor and presence Hands on work experience using a modern programming language Proficiency in MS Visio (Or similar), MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel Exposure to SQL, Python, or other programming languages Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience: Education Required: A four-year college degree Experience Required: CO-OP or Internship experience Key Functions & Responsibilities: Identify and document process improvements and requirements. Create solution design documents and technical specifications as needed. Provide functional and application consulting services for projects using creative and critical thinking skills. Work closely with business managers and end users to understand their processes and procedures. Test and document application customizations, fixes, and interfaces. Consult with users, technology liaisons, applications support personnel, and developers when researching solutions. SQL and Scripting languages. Monitor and troubleshoot daily, weekly, monthly, and annual processes. Creation and maintenance of unit, acceptance, and integration test scripts. Perform billable work for clients for assigned statements of work including managed services and discrete projects.
