Enrollment Analyst - Hoag Clinic Claims & Enrollmen

Salary Range: $26.8100 - $41.2500 /hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education. Primary Duties and Responsibilities The Enrollment Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate, timely, and current enrollment status across multiple systems. This role analyzes and reconciles enrollment data utilizing monthly enrollment files, error reports, and other data elements to determine eligibility changes and resolve enrollment or eligibility errors. Retrieves enrollment data from health plan and reconciles results. Develops documentation of workflows and internal controls. The analyst collaborates with internal departments such as Finance, UM and Member Services to resolve enrollment issues, PCP changes/discrepancies, capitation audits, and other processes as needed. Researches and resolves payment discrepancies. Compiles information from multiple data sources to prepare reports on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis. Education and Experience Required: Minimum of 3-5 years in customer service experience/reconciliation, auditing, accounting or analytics High school diploma or general education degree Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel Basic knowledge of Managed Care Plans, Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans, and private insurance Preferred: Bachelor’s degree Knowledge of Medicare Managed Care Plans Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) About Hoag Hoag is a nonprofit, regional healthcare delivery system in Orange County, California.
