Engineering Tools Technical Support Analyst (HYBRID) with Security Clearance

Job Description This job is a hybrid role with the selected candidate spending a portion of their workweek at the Hudson, NH locationAs a key member of the Engineering Tools team, the support analyst is responsible for the day to day support of engineering software applicationsThe role is working within the Engineering Tools Organization providing technical support to engineers in their software development and systems engineering analysis toolsThe vast majority of tools are commercial (COTS) or open source and include: Polarion Doors, IBM Rational and MathworksCandidate duties to include the following: * Design, operation and support of Engineering Tools in the Classified and unclassified networks. * Troubleshoot performance, availability and overall health of tool environments. * Assist in planning, and upgrading of applications using Windows and Linux servers and client environments in the unclassified and multiple classified areas/locations. * Create and maintain documentation for engineering application client and server installations and upgrades. * Support users in a timely manner using ServiceNow Help Desk ticketing system. * Interested candidates should have good communication and organizational skills, and a general understanding of Mathworks, Polarion, DOORS and/or IBM RationalRequired Education, Experience, & Skills--- Minimum of High School Diploma and 4 year experience * 4 years of experience providing technical support to engineers in their software development and systems engineering analysis tools * Linux and windows application deployment experience Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience working with virtualized environments such as: * VMware Workstation * VCenter * VM HorizonSecurity+ Certification Scripting and automation Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $75570 - $128480 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structuresHowever, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experienceEmployee Benefits: At BAE Systems, we support our employees in all aspects of their life, including their health and financial well-beingRegular employees scheduled to work 20+ hours per week are offered: health, dental, and vision insurance; health savings accounts; a 401(k) savings plan; disability coverage; and life and accident insuranceWe also have an employee assistance program, a legal plan, and other perks including discounts on things like home, auto, and pet insuranceOur leave programs include paid time off, paid holidays, as well as other types of leave, including paid parental, military, bereavement, and any applicable federal and state sick leaveEmployees may participate in the company recognition program to receive monetary or non-monetary recognition awardsOther incentives may be available based on position level and/or job specificsAbout BAE Systems, Inc.
