ENGINEERING DIRECTOR Signal Mitigation Systems (SMS) SI2 Technologies' (SI2) mission is to enable our country's warfighters to win by providing solutions to RF and survivability challenges. SI2 is currently seeking a highly qualified, team-oriented Engineering Director of Signal Mitigation Systems that is primarily responsible for the strategic and tactical oversight of SI2's signal mitigation systems to achieve SI2's company objectives. Job Description: The Engineering Director will lead, develop, and grow SI2's engineering expertise to develop and integrate signal mitigation system solutions using flex-hybrid electronics, Direct-Write technology, printed electronics, and additive manufacturing to support current and future DoD programs. With a proven track record leading teams and individuals on classified and unclassified activities, you will provide RF signal mitigation system solutions through the integration of design, materials, equipment, and methodologies. Required Education and Experience: PhD with 15+ years or M.S. degree with 20+ years of proven applicable experience. Expertise in RF antenna design and Radar Cross Section (RCS). Active DoD security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain same. Ability to travel, as required (20%), to prospective and existing customer and vender facilities, conferences, and trade shows.
