While experience with AutoCAD is preferred, it is not required. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a willingness to learn and contribute to our team, we encourage you to apply, as the ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative tasks to support our team and ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Engineering team within the company, including but not limited to: Help with electronic system take offs. Help with data entry of materials. Help with procurement of data needed for product support. Scan documentation as needed. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned. Utilize AutoCAD skills to support engineering when necessary, such as basic drafting (training provided as needed) Self-checks own work for completeness, accuracy, and meeting standards. Keeps Engineering Manager informed of all activity, including timely preparation of required reports. Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested. Maintains a favorable working relationship with all employees and managers to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment to facilitate positive employee morale, productivity, and continued improvement. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration or related field is a plus. Experience using Computer systems, including MS office. Experience with AutoCAD is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and utilize AutoCAD skills as needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
