The Engineer will provide Engineering support across various departments in the Nuclear Operations Group. Job Description/Duties: Develops and delivers unique engineering solutions used in a nuclear environment Creates and updates drawings and procedures. Participates in design, testing, analysis, project management, and procurement of materials. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications/Requirements: Must currently have or will have an Engineering Degree by May 2024. Relevant disciplines: Nuclear, Welding/Materials Joining, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Computer Science, Material Science. Must be a US Citizen with no dual citizenship. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance. As a federal government contractor, BWX Technologies, Inc. and any subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities (“BWXT” or the “Company”) complies with all federal, state, and local laws and customer requirements regarding COVID-19 and other health and safety protocols.
