Closing Date: May 8, 2024 Reporting to the Senior Engineer Supervisor, Processing, the Engineer or Specialist, Processing (Water Operations) is responsible for process data analysis and execution of test programs at various water treatment facilities in the Elk Valley, supporting a rapidly expanding operations team. To be successful, we are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful leader with exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, who can effectively engage with professionals across departments and at varying levels of the organization. Someone with strong attention to detail, problem-solving, troubleshooting, decision-making, analytical and organizational abilities. This position requires a flexible individual who can adapt to changing needs in fast-paced environment, and who can work with nominal supervision using a collaborative approach on a team that tackles complex and novel issues. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who can drive and keep pace with change and innovation.
