Join Northwood Tech in a multifaceted role that is responsible for managing and securing laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other endpoints in the organization. This position is available at any of our campuses.Be the main point of contact for all endpoint-related issues and will work with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve any problems. **This position involves duties that could be performed in a remote or off-site environment. Campus-based duties are minimal, requiring in-person availability approximately once per week.
