We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Denbighshire to assist with the appointment of a Employment & Skills Mentor , on a 2-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Requirements: Degree or equivalent level of experience Evidence of CPD ICT literate Ability to establish good working relationships and communicate clearly at all levels with customers and staff Ability to follow policies and procedures, own and resolve problems. Ability to formulate practical solutions to problems. Ability to identify and summarise interests accurately and identify options and solutions. Excellent attention to detail, quality, and consistency, able to produce written material which is relevant, concise, and of a consistently high standard Ability to listen sensitively and give appropriate advice, referring customers to other services as necessary Ability to listen and question to ascertain the needs of the customer.
