Practice Area: Litigation - Labor & Employment, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 4 Years, A law firm in Orlando is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to support its core labor and employment practice. The candidate will work closely with the Employment Litigation team, handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. Additionally, the candidate will assist clients with day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, draft and revise handbooks, conduct training sessions, and provide counsel on workplace-related issues. Admission to the Florida Bar is required for this role.
