In this key position, you will forge exciting futures for local people as you partner with local anchor institutions (starting with the healthcare sector) and their supply chain to create new career opportunities. Proactively identifying skills and labour requirements and identifying suitable candidates via the Westminster Employment Service and other local providers, you will give vulnerable residents a whole new outlook on life via a broad spectrum of full: time, part: time, apprenticeship, traineeship, work experience and voluntary positions.
