If you have answered yes to these questions, please read on…About the role We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and creative Employee Relations Officer to join our college group. Responsibilities: Supporting line managers on employee relations and on terms and conditions of service across the college group. To provide first line Employee Relations advice, guidance and support responding promptly and accurately to enquiries and resolving all transactional matters. Coach line managers on employee relations issues including absence management, performance management, grievances, disciplinaries, probation casework amongst other things. About you We are seeking a HR professional with appropriate experience and qualifications reflecting a strong background in operational administration preferably in an HR environment. The ideal candidate will be educated to Level 5 CIPD Qualification or demonstrate equivalent experience.
