Job #24-22Position: Urgent care, emergency room, Employee or Occupational Health NP or PALocation: Boston, MAStatus: Full-time (M-F); Will consider four 10-hour days or five 8-hour daysClinic Type: Hospital-based employee health; Work with a dynamic teamSalary: Competitive salary w/ excellent benefits ($133,000-$140,000/year) Duties:Provides pre-employment physical and medical surveillance examsInjury assessment and managementCase management and facilitate RTWTB testing and immunizationsBBP exposure evaluation and treatment Requirements:Certification as an adult or family nurse practitioner or physician assistant in MA.Employee, occupational health, urgent or ambulatory care experience, minimum 2 years experienceExcellent computer, interpersonal and communication skills.Expert clinical judgment and ability to be self-directive and demonstrate initiative in an expanded role.Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
