A day in the life. As our EH&B Data Conversion Specialist on the National IT, Systems and Engagement team you will play a crucial role in supporting the conversion of employee health and benefits data into our MMA National Agency Management systems. You will work closely with our dedicated IT and Operations teams to ensure a seamless and efficient data conversion process. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with MMA National and data vendors to develop and implement data strategies, documenting and implementing custom programming for data conversion, supporting data validation efforts, and identifying risks in test results. You will also partner with other data conversion specialists in different lines of business to ensure consistency in strategy across all lines of business for successful data integration. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: 5+ years insurance industry experience Proven experience with data conversions and Agency Management Software General knowledge of Information Technology language These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Prior experience in Applied and Vertafore software products An insurance account manager We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
