The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Duties:Counsel employers on all types of ERISA and non-ERISA plans and arrangements, including retirement plans and health and welfare plans.Provide guidance on plan design, administration, and compliance.Draft and review plan documents, amendments, and other legal documents related to employee benefits.Advise clients on legal and regulatory developments affecting employee benefits.Assist with resolving disputes and claims related to employee benefits. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the State Bar.Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as an Employee Benefits Attorney.Strong understanding of ERISA and related regulations.Excellent written and oral communication skills. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Active membership in the State Bar. Skills:Proficiency in counseling employers on ERISA and non-ERISA plans.Strong drafting and review skills for legal documents.Knowledge of plan design, administration, and compliance.Ability to stay updated on legal and regulatory developments in employee benefits.Effective communication skills for advising clients.Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
