Annual Salary Range $85000 - $115000 ๐ Location: Panama City, FLโฐ Shifts Available: Mid Shifts: 3p-11p; 8/10hrs M-F๐ฅ Facility Details: A reputable 238-bed acute care hospital offering comprehensive healthcare services.๐ฉโโ๏ธ Job Summary: Duties Responsible for 24/7 clinical nursing unit functions. Administers, plans, and evaluates department activities for quality patient care. Develops goals, policies, procedures, and budgets. Participates in multidisciplinary QI teams and consults with staff and physicians. Manages staffing patterns with Assistant Nurse Managers and House Supervisors.
