Full-Time Emergency Room RN Position (Nights & Days) - Join Our Phenomenal Team! Job Summary :Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. As an ER RN, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to patients with a wide range of injuries and illnesses. Responsibilities: Perform triage, assessment, and treatment of patients across all age groups Create individualized plans tailored to each patient's needs and expected outcomes Develop strategies and alternative approaches to achieve desired outcomes Efficiently manage multiple cases, providing comprehensive nursing care while prioritizing needs Provide patients with follow-up care instructions and make appropriate referrals Collaborate closely with physicians and other departments to ensure patient-focused care and maintain safety awareness at all times Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida or eligibility for licensure Associate degree in Nursing or Registered Nurse Diploma Minimum of 1 year experience as an ER RN in an acute care environment BLS certification required before employment start date NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of employment start date Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 6 months of employment start date TNCC certification required within 1 year ACLS or ACLS Instructor certification within 6 months of employment start date PALS or PALS Instructor certification within 6 months of employment start date Full COVID-19 vaccination required (unless approved for a medical or religious exemption) Additional Information: Shifts: 12-hour rotations, including days and nights (7 AM - 7 PM) Preferred experience: 3-5 years in an ER setting Number of beds: 11 Salary Range: Starting at $32/hour for 2 years of experience, up to $48/hour for 17+ years of experience Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals and make a difference in the lives of our patients.
