Emergency Medicine physician employment in Oregon : Seeking a reliable, competent, and flexible Emergency Medicine who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility! Come check out our team of 5+ fulltime physicians and 3 fulltime nurse practitioners in our Level IV trauma center Details For this Opportunity: -Emergency Medicine -Level IV Trauma Center -71 24-hour shifts per year (Roughly six 24-hour shifts per month) -Nurse practitioner support during peak hours (10a-10p) -Approximately 34-38 patients per 24-hour shift - About 11,000 to 12,000 visits annually -Independent 501(c)3 not-for profit health system that includes a community hospital and 13 primary and specialty clinics -Epic EMR -Very competitive salary o RVU bonus based on annual threshold (our providers are on pace to achieve the threshold) -Quality incentives up to $50,000, Commencement bonus of $20,000, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time, Student loan repayment, - Hospital employed, Full benefits including a 401k match, Paid malpractice -Small but vibrant community with a high ranked school-system and a diverse and rich outdoor lifestyle.
