Embedded Software Engineer : Cambridge A leading and rapidly growing consultancy specialising in the Defence and Security sector are looking for an Electronics Engineer to join their R and D team working on research, prototyping and design for various clients across the UK and Europe. Responsibilities: : Liaise with clients and stakeholders to take project requirements and present projects : Work on full product life cycle from concept to release : Analysis and prototype design for a wide variety of electronics products using different skills and technologies for a wide range of clients in the Defence and Security sector Key Skills/Experience: : Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or another relevant discipline : Good analytical and problem solving ability : Great theoretical knowledge of various Embedded Software design areas including: : Embedded C/C++ : RTOS/Linux/Bare metal programming : Debugging : Serial interfaces and peripheral drivers : Algorithm design and development : Other programming languages (C, MATLAB, Python etc. ) Benefits: : 12 Employer pension contribution : Private medical insurance : On site cafeteria : Group social and sports clubs : Group discounts for sports and leisure facilities If you are interested in the position and think you have the skills required as an Embedded Software Engineer, please don't hesitate.
