My client is a Top Legal 100 Manchester based firm and they are seeking an experienced ELPL Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to join their.My client is a Top Legal 100 Manchester based firm and they are seeking an experienced ELPL Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to join their expanding personal injury department. The Opportunity: In this role, you will have the opportunity to run an existing caseload made up of employers' liability and public liability EL/PL claims. Your other responsibilities will include: - assisting on higher valued cases. - financial management of cases and archiving. - taking responsibility for personal development and CPD training requirements. - keeping up to date with developments in law and procedure. - raising the profile of the team by attending relevant events and through engagement on social media. - supervision of more junior fee earners may be required, depending on your level of experience. About You: To succeed in this role, you will be a Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years post qualification experience PQE. You should also be able to demonstrate: - experience of EL/PL claims work. - good working knowledge of relevant law and procedure. - legal analysis and research skills - business development/marketing/networking experience, including the use of social media to support your role.
