Position Overview: Responsible for estimating and creating proposals in support of the account manager sales force. Strive to provide the best quality of service to internal customers, ensuring complete satisfaction. Assists in the development of a strong pipeline of sales growth through indirect customer contact and support. Associates will work with marketing and sales, to implement elevator sales initiatives and strive to provide the best quality of service to customers, ensuring complete satisfaction. Strive for continual improvement in sales and marketing. Incorporate and practice HCSG 5 Marks - Safety, Integrity, Efficiency, Legacy, and Respect - in all aspects of job performance. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide timely and accurate proposals and offer product solutions to grow the sales pipeline. Researching and identifying part numbers and obtaining part prices and lead times. Serve as the primary point of contact for account managers and technicians for creating and estimating proposals for parts and/or repairs. Demonstrate expert knowledge in branch operations Work as a team member at any level required to complete a job Possess expert business knowledge Achieve fluency in HCSG computer operations and software Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of parts and packages. Monitor market trends, competition products, and new products to expand our business Adhere to and promote all company policies including safety, appearance, and service Required Qualifications: 1+ years sales / office experience Business or Marketing degree or equivalent Computer proficient Customer service skills Able to communicate efficiently and professionally Must be able to pass drug/alcohol screening and background check Desired Qualifications: Prior experience in elevator / industrial-related field Proven ability to communicate written /verbal Elevator knowledge
