Responsibilities: Evaluates failed system scenarios to determine root-cause and recommend design modifications. Addresses customer and field service reliability and safety issues with timely engineering analysis and design solutions. Provides engineering support to manufacturing, production, and purchasing. Qualifications: BS degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent. 2-20 years of experience as a practicing engineer. Demonstrated capabilities of design execution and product production. 8051 and ARM based embedded controller applications. 12-24 bit ADC DAC, analog MUX applications. DC-DC converter design, including magnetics design, applications and support circuitry. Preferred Skills: Analog circuit design, analysis and troubleshooting experience. Experience with servo based instrumentation a plus. Design experience for harsh operating [150C+ temperatures and high vibration] environments.
