They are looking for a highly motivated individual to become part of their design team helping to drive the company forward. Electronic Design Engineer Test Systems Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum DOELocation: Fordingbridge, Hampshire Job Type: Full time, Permanent Our client is a world leader in the design and manufacture of advanced monitoring and data-logging systems. They are looking for a highly motivated individual to become part of their design team helping to drive the company forward. Main Responsibilities: Develop and design production test equipment, fixtures and software for the manufacturing facilities in the UK and Far East. Build test solutions for electronic products, using both off-the-shelf and self-designed electronic assemblies. Typical test solutions include accurate measurement of a range of parameters including voltage and current, testing wired or wireless communications links, and making use of electro-mechanical and optical sensing components to test displays and user interfaces. Work within a multidisciplinary team using your skills in electronics and software. To be successful as an Electronic Design Engineer, you need to have the following skills/experience: Experience with any of the following may be beneficial, Arduino, Python, C, PCB layout, wiring diagrams. Experience of developing PC software and/or embedded firmware A good knowledge and understanding of analogue and digital circuits The ability to work both independently and within a team.
