You'll be expected to complete 1-3 intraday residential electrical projects on a daily basis. Our company installs a range of electrical and energy-related services: 50% Electric Vehicle Charging (residential and commercial) 30% traditional electrical services (panel upgrades, lighting, troubleshoots, etc.) 10% Smart Electrical Panel Installations 10% AC-Side of Solar and Battery Storage Installations (No roof work) Working with us allows for a great opportunity to broaden your electrical skills and knowledge. This is not the role for you if you're expecting heavy commercial or "new work" residential projects.Who we're looking for... Individuals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Lead Electrician or Journeyman role Electrical experience with energy (EV/Solar) related installs is a plus but not required Individuals who are great at dealing directly with homeowners Individuals with exceptional problem-solving and teamwork skills Applicants must have a valid driver’s license in good standing with a clean driving record Applicants must be willing to participate in a background check Applicants must own a reliable form of transportation to get to and from our location Applicants must own personal hand tools including a cordless drill What We're Offering...
