DescriptionPosition Summary: The purpose of this job is to perform a very wide variety of electrical maintenance tasksincluding but not limited to maintenance work such as: installation, fabrication, assembly, set-up, diagnosis,troubleshooting maintenance work on plant equipment, services and facilities requiring the use of hand andmaintenance tools and skills. Work from blueprints, sketches, written and verbal instructions.Primary Responsibilities:· Uses programming software to troubleshoot issues on PLCs, Robots, HMIs, using RSLogix500/5000, Fanuc Robotics teach pendant, etc.· Makes updates and changes to plant documentation using AutoCAD Mechanical / Electrical· Performs troubleshooting work on energized lines, circuits and connections with a wide range of voltagesincluding 110V, 220V and 440V. May work with voltages up to 12,500V at distribution transformers.· Operates a wide variety of equipment such as, multi-meters, voltmeters, o-scopes, other electricaldiagnostic equipment, carts, ladders, lifts, etc.· Calibrate sensors, SCRs, and other equipment· Design, build and implement test equipment to support production and engineering operations· Provides cross-training for other skills· Will be a member of a work team that utilizes some business skills such as, writing and entering workorders, interfacing with plant engineering team, time distribution, quotes and estimates, use of computersin performance of duties, etc.· Works independently, coordinates PMs, rebuilds, shutdowns, tasks and other employees as required· Displays innovativeness when dealing with complex problems, trains others in maintenance techniquesdesigned for sensitive processes· Work as a member of a team; writes process documentation; prepares maintenance projects and layouts,interfaces with customers, vendors and suppliers, responsible for the quality of work, timeliness, workmethods, practices, etc.Required Qualifications:· GED or High School Diploma· 2 year Electrical Technician / Electrician degree preferred· General understanding of electrical theory and best practices· Effort equivalent to handling 16-50 lbs., works overhead in tiring awkward positions, performs bench workrepairing instruments and motors, etc.· Repairs machinery including troubleshooting live circuitry· Hot Environment· Equipment used/mental exertion with computersDemonstrates and Lives Corelle Brand’s Values and Behaviors:· Act with Integrity and Humility: Tell the Truth; Give Credit· Be Accountable: Keep Commitments; Communicate· Continuously Improve: Ask questions; Challenge the Status Quo· Grow Our People; Seek & Give Feedback; Recognize Others· Wow!
