ABOUT THE ROLE Trans Alta is looking for an Electrical / Computer Engineering Co-op Student to join our Alb e rta Thermal team for an 8-month or 1-year position starting January 2024. This role within Alberta Thermal is located at the Keephills and Sundance generation facilities , situated 50 kilometers west of Edmonton and 5 kilometers south of Wabuman Lake. The facilities currently encompass 3 operating generating units. The Alberta Thermal Engineering & Asset Management team is a multi-disciplinary team consisting of mechanical , electrical and process controls engineers and specialists.
