ADDIUM, Inc. (formally METER GROUP), is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a passion for wireless networking and IoT sensing systems and/or benchtop instrument design to join our team in Pullman, Washington . As an EE, you will collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineers to design, develop, and implement products for food, pharmaceutical and horticulture. Annual Salary: $85k - $103k Location: Pullman, WA / (relocation assistance available) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 5+ years of industry experience. ECAD application experience for part creation, schematic capture and pcb design. (Altium is preferred) Demonstrated track record in delivering high-quality, on-time embedded solutions incorporating wireless technologies, microcontrollers, rectifiers, amplifiers, I2C, SPI, UART etc. Knowledge of Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) designs to minimize electromagnetic interference (EMI). Experience with industry standards and regulations related to electrical engineering (CE, IEC, RED etc.) Familiar with standard electrical tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and soldering). Experience with IoT systems design and it's communication protocols (e.g. BLE, Zigbee, WiFi, etc.). Responsibilities: Design and develop electrical systems, schematics, PCBs, and components that meet product requirements. Collect and analyze data in product reports. Design electrical testing methods to validate designs and ensure product quality. Troubleshoot and identify root causes of hardware issues and make informed decisions to resolve them.
