Duties of the Role Handling a litigated caseload of EL PL claims Working the life of a file, from start to finish Preparing witness statements and evidence for court hearings Collecting medical reports and GP records Handling files up to £100,000 in value independently The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a candidate who has handled a litigated caseload of EL PL claims as a result of an accident.
