Handle site design for commercial, residential and municipal land development projects. Need engineer with strong Civil 3D skills. Utility layout, roads, drainage, paving, etc. Handle project scope, proposals, design, project engineering, etc. Seeking engineer with good tenure who is experienced and ambitious.
