Plasman Windsor 1 Manufacturing is currently seeking a strong team player to join our HR team in the capacity of: EHS SPECIALIST The Environmental, Health and Safety Specialist is responsible for providing, health, safety and environmental guidance to all working within our facility. The successful candidate will work effectively with plant management and the employee base, to ensure compliance to all health and safety regulations and requirements. Key aspects of the role are to implement continuous improvement practices, and EHS as a value-added part of the overall business. This position reports directly to the onsite to the Human Resources Manager and indirectly to the Corporate EHS Manager. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Establish and maintain systems which ensure that all facilities are capable of demonstrating compliance with all applicable local and federal legislation and regulations, and all Plasman internal EH&S policies Implement Environmental, Health & Safety Programs including the minimum standards of performance, measurement systems, training,.
