Position Summary: The Educational Assistant is responsible for assisting the classroom teacher in educating and meeting the needs of student(s) while under his or her care. Required Education/Certification/Endorsement: Official employment is contingent upon: High School Diploma or GED AND have successfully Passed the Praxis ParaPro Assessment as the statewide test for paraprofessionals; OR 48 Hours of post-secondary education For additional information contact Principal Jody Hinson at XXXX@gcssd.org .
