A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ECOMMERCE TEAM MEMBER The eCommerce Team member will be responsible for generating revenue for the agency by supporting the processes of the eCommerce Department, ensuring its standards and efficiency. Assist the eCommerce and Special Projects Manager in achieving established performance objectives including quality sorting, steaming, listing and photography, researching & authenticating items and maintaining inventories. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining productive relationships with both internal and external customers. The eCommerce Team Member is expected to meet or exceed daily and weekly production goals. Must be able to work a flexible schedule with some weekends and evenings. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ECOMMERCE TEAM MEMBER High School Diploma or GED Ability to identify periods, materials, and quality Preferably 1-year experience or more selling or working with textiles and/or accessories Proficient photography/photo editing skills Proficient with Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to perform data entry Must be detailed-oriented with preference for experience with merchandising, display and mannequin dressing Proficient computer skills, Internet knowledge, auction sites and web navigation Excellent written and oral communication skills ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
