The Training Design and Developer will support end-to-end training design and development, working with SMEs to understand the training objectives, curriculum and assessments in order to apply dynamic adult learning principles to training courses. This individual will help to execute the development of e-learning self-paced training modules and supporting resources for classroom instruction. Projects can move quickly, following an Agile delivery cycles, so the right individual will be able to transition between multiple responsibilities quickly. Responsibilities may include: documenting training requirements with the client, executing training strategy, designing and developing a variety of training products including e-learning training modules, job aids, videos, classroom materials, etc. Additionally, the developer will support the Learning/Training Lead by designing, developing and deploying the training and performance support materials. Should have: • Training content development (basic) • Change management (basic) • Knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360 (basic) • Organizational skills to include familiarity with Agile methodology • Research skills: Document training requirements and develop Nice to haves: • Instructor-led Training (ILT) • Training support • Learning Management Systems (LMS) • Content authoring tools: Camtasia, SnipIt, SnagIt, etc. • Familiarity with 508 Compliant processes Powered by JazzHR
