The Earned Value Management Analyst will work with program leadership to monitor the cost, schedule, and performance of multiple space development projects utilizing a variety of financial management and schedule applications. Responsibilities include regular interactions with stakeholders across a multi-segment acquisition program. Job Description: EVM Analyst Support the organization in developing world class tools, processes and procedures to support efficient and effective implementation of Earned Value Management Systems throughout the enterprise. Ability to tailor the process across a wide variety of programs and contract structures and maintain value. Develop and deliver program management reports consistent with the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Guide (Supplier Artifacts, Para 3.1.1) (e.g., EVMS System Description, the IPMR, and the CWBS), including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), program base-linings, proposals preparation, negotiation support, risk and opportunities assessment; preparation of visibility reports, performance measurement, variance analyses and development of Estimates To Complete (ETC) and Estimates At Completion (EAC). Support the delivery of customer and internal performance reports capturing EVM at the control account level and corresponding IMS data for program and stakeholder review. Assist with EVMS activities including: WBS development and alignment; time-phasing of tasks; developing and documenting earned value methodologies; performance measurement; estimate to complete analysis and updates and variance analysis research and reporting. Support contract and pricing management activities includin: Proposal development, negotiation, administration, and implementation of the contract and contract changes, delivered in an Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) or Contract Change Proposal (CCP). Support the integrated use of a System Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in Microsoft Project (e.g., .mpp). Required Skills Requires BA/BS with 5 years of experience dealing directly with EVMS processes and procedures, rollouts and program start-ups. EVM experience using the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Guide (Supplier Artifacts, Para 3.1.1) Experience with Microsoft Project and EVMS/Financial engine integration Desired Skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency with planning applications Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management Strong communication skills, both verbal and written The ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment U.S. Citizenship or permanent resident status is required for this position.
