Cincinnati Urban Promise is currently hiring for a part-time Early Learning Administrator to assist our administrator with a variety of tasks and help ensure that our Cincinnati, OH school operates smoothly. This education office position earns a competitive wage of $16.00 and goes up with experience . DAY-TO-DAY This education office position is part-time and works 20-30 hours a week . As a Early Learning Administrator, you are an enormous support to our administrator. Each day, you help ensure that the preschool operates smoothly and in accordance with state licensing standards. To do so, you undertake a variety of tasks, such as keeping accurate records of enrollment, emergency forms, tuition payments, and more. Meticulously, you complete daily meal and attendance records, order supplies, and answer the phone. In short, you do all that you can to ensure that our school maintains a healthy, safe, and clean environment for the children in our care. A people person, you greet visitors to our school and keep open lines of communication with parents and caregivers. Through your warm and informative communication, you help ensure that these adults are empowered and engaged in their child's education. Wherever you go in the community, you promote a positive image of our organization. With your help, our school remains the top choice for educational programs in the communities we serve.
