Early Years Childcare Assistant Hiring Multiple Candidates Full time or Part time Are you wanting experience in an early childhood center? We are looking for both part-time and full-time Childcare Assistants to work with early years education, preschools, and daycares. Zen Educate is looking for educators who are passionate about teaching and positively contributing to children's educational journey and their communities. Teaching assistants will support the certified teachers in the classroom and gain invaluable experience. Key Responsibilities: Assisting the classroom teacher Follow guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom. Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's growth and development Maintaining a safe environment Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the student learning experiences and support them as needed Minimum Requirements: High School Degree or GED 1-year experience working with children Pediatric First aid & CPR certification Preferred Requirements: Associates Degree or higher Daycare training (SUID/ SIDS, AHT, or similar) Past work experience in a daycare or school setting Additional Requirements: Additional requirements include US Work Authorization. Zen Educate is unable to sponsor any employment visa or relocation assistance at this time. Applicants must have proficiency in English Pay: Childcare Assistant pay will reflect qualifications and experience level.
