The industry is growing rapidly, and the company are further investing in their data-driven E-commerce sales strategy. The E-commerce and Amazon Sales Manager will drive sales growth through a wide range of globally recognised e-commerce platforms from Amazon to e Bay to Decathlon and will aim to optimise customer online experiences and use data to improve performance. This role will be responsible for Coordinating and growing the e Commerce and Amazon capabilities globally. Managing, maintaining and updating the E-commerce platform (s). Monitor and analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activities. Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, SEO/SEM and affiliate marketing. Analyse data including web analytics and customer insights. Monitor and respond to customer feedback. Prepare reports on key metrics, sales trends, customer behaviour and campaign effectiveness. Implement strategies to increase sales, improve product rankings, and maximize revenue on the Amazon platform. Leveraging Amazon Brand Analytics or other third-party analytics tools looking at Search frequency, Market Basket Analysis, Repeat purchase behaviour and Customer demographics.
