Responsibilities : Dual Diagnosis Recovery Worker: As a Dual Diagnosis Recovery Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering psychosocial drug and alcohol interventions to individuals facing substance misuse issues, alongside co: existing mental health needs. You will work closely within the framework of the Kent and Medway Joint Working Protocol for Co: occurring Mental Health and Substance Misuse Disorders. Key Responsibilities: Conduct backssments, including risk backssments, initial backssments, and comprehensive backssments, to inform substance misuse treatment plans. Provide individualized interventions, including 1:1 sessions and group work or program facilitation, tailored to the specific needs of each client.
