Look no further The Soufflet Group, a prestigious French family: owned business with an unmatched reputation, is searching for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join their Burton on Trent team as Dry Goods Operatives/Production Operatives on a exciting 6: month fixed term contract. About the Company: The Soufflet Group, are not just a company, theyre a legacy. As Frances top private cereal collector, theyve been adding value to agricultural raw materials for generations. With a focus on the first conversion of cereals, they operate across the wheat and barley sectors in France, Europe, and Asia. Their malting Division, the largest among nine others, spans 27 global malting plants, producing over two million tonnes of malt annually. Join them at their Burton on Trent UK Malt Plant, where they proudly supply industry giants like Molson Coors, Carlsberg, Heineken, and Manor Vinegar. What Youll Do: As a Dry Goods Operative / Production Operative on a 6: month fixed term contract, youll be the backbone of the journey from barley to malt. Your hands: on role will encompass receiving barley, ensuring impeccable storage conditions, conducting essential tests, blending the barley, and overseeing malt production. Youll prepare the final malt product for collection by esteemed customers, ensuring that every step of the process meets the highest quality standards.
