Qualifications: Valid Class D license with a clean driving history required Must have a medical examiner's certificate (or willing to obtain one through a pre-employment medical exam, provided by the company) required Previous public transportation driving experience preferred but not required Possess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in elderly care CPR and First Aid certifications preferred but not required Ability to lift/transport seniors on and off the van, to and from wheelchairs Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public The Waters is an equal opportunity employer proudly committed to a diverse workforce.
