They go in, diagnose the customer’sissue, and help them get up and running again, whether it’s drain cleaning or preventativemaintenance. Drain Technician Role | WHAT WE DO Clear clogged drain/sewer lines Provide exceptional customer service at all times Perform preventative maintenance Drain Technician Requirements | WHAT YOU BRING Experience working on drains is required. That experience should include clogging drains with electric snakes and/or high-velocity water jets and using a sewer camera to inspect drain lines.
