Canine To Five is seeking energetic dog lovers to work in for our busy dog daycare and boarding facility in Ferndale, MI. A Client Concierge supports our new clients (human and furry). We are looking for full-time (30+hrs/week) Concierge to join our team. This position is hybrid (able to work from home and our Ferndale location). Hours are Monday - Friday 9am -3pm with rotating weekends. The role is primarily phone based to answer questions and inform the new client on the various services, assist them with the sign- up process and follow-up on leads sent via other means such as email, social media, event lists, walk-ins and messages from customer service. The Concierge will from time to time meet with local businesses for promotional partnerships referrals and attend marketing events as a brand ambassador. JOB REQUIREMENTS At least 18 years of age Some knowledge of using Customer Resource Management software. Complete Gingr training as an avid user. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive attitude and team oriented. Customer-Centric with two or more years of relevant customer service/sales experience. Familiar with basic computer software such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite including Word/Docs, Calendar, Excel/Sheets, Gmail, chat software and file systems Proven success and comfort with managing multiple priorities. Excellent attention to detail. Comfortable with dogs of all sizes. Ability to sit, stand, bend, and reach over a typical 8 hour day, ability to lift up to 30lbs.
